Crypto Payments Are Final
Because we accept cryptocurrency, transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We are unable to reverse a payment after it has been sent.
When We Do Refund
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received premium access after a confirmed payment, contact WhatsApp support within 7 days with your invoice ID and we will investigate and issue a refund at our discretion.
Expired Payment Windows
If your 15-minute payment window expires before your crypto transaction confirms, no charge is made — simply start a new payment from the Pricing page.
